Afternoon tea anyone? Soft cotton fabric dress with a sweetheart neckline. Swiss pleating on the boddice with a keyhole below the bust to meet the waistline. Functional bows down the center in the same fabric of the dress. Thin straps that meet and adjust in the back. Open back that has a thick, covered elastic band supporting the front boddice. Waist has an elastic band as well for a perfect fit. Double lined throughout.
